Delivery Policy

All orders placed through our website will be delivered by our experienced delivery personnel. Heroboy makes every effort to deliver your order by the date and time specified when you placed the order. However there are many factors outside our control that may affect the delivery. Such factors include, but are not limited to: city traffic, parking availability, and building security issues.

We highly recommend that a one to two hour window for delivery be planned for in advance of the actual time of the event. This will help make the food delivery for your event a success.

Return Policy

Heroboy strives to satisfy every one of our customers. In the event that an order delivered to you does not meet your expectations, please call us immediately at 212-947-7325. We will work with you to replace or substitute any one of our items from our existing inventory.

Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of food, we are unable to accept any food returns back to our restaurant.
